Terms of Service

Last updated: October 1, 2026

During the beta, the BillFold Beta EULA governs your use of BillFold and controls over these Terms where they conflict.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of BillFold, a legislative-monitoring app for Washington State lobbyists and government-affairs professionals, operated by Tracqi Technology, LLC (“BillFold,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using BillFold, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

BillFold helps you monitor Washington State legislation against a portfolio of clients: it matches active bills to the interests you define, ranks what matters, generates plain-language summaries of bills and amendments, surfaces upcoming hearings, and sends notifications.

Beta service

BillFold is currently offered as an invite-only beta. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, may contain errors, and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for the individual professional they are issued to. You must be at least 18 years old to use BillFold.

AI features and accuracy

BillFold’s summaries, relevance rankings, and analyses are generated by AI and are provided as operational support only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not legal advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any output against the official source legislative text before relying on it in your professional work.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse BillFold, including by using it unlawfully; attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours; interfering with or disrupting the service; reverse-engineering or scraping it except as permitted by law; or reselling or redistributing the service without our permission.

Intellectual property

We own BillFold and its software and content, excluding the data you create. You retain ownership of your portfolio data and grant us the limited license needed to operate the service for you. Legislative and public registration data originates from public Washington State sources and remains subject to those sources’ terms.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BillFold is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service or any AI output will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tracqi Technology, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of BillFold. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.

Termination

You may stop using BillFold and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of BillFold after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
